Structuring effective governance (a board, a professional association, a network of independent houses) takes the same discipline as a well-run kitchen: clear roles, a shared vision, and the rigour to sustain it over time.

Grandes Tables Suisses brings together the country's leading gastronomic addresses, an association of roughly 70 members that Guy Ravet has presided over since 2020. His mandate favours dialogue between chefs, mentorship, and representing Swiss gastronomy internationally.

2026 marks the association's 60th anniversary, celebrated with a programme of events dedicated to the history and future of Swiss haute cuisine.
